Cultivating a mindful approach to living and dying can help us awaken to the preciousness and fragility of life. During this daylong retreat we will cultivate or deepen our mindfulness practice to meet life and death with greater wisdom and compassion.

During this daylong, we will explore:

  • Our relationship with illness, aging, impermanence and death
  • Our relationship with life, love, joy, inspiration, and wonder.

The daylong will include guided meditations, talks, and small and large group discussions. Together we will create a supportive environment to explore the mysteries of life and death with an open heart.
