“Ten thousand flowers in spring, the moon in autumn,
a cool breeze in summer, snow in winter.
If your mind is not clouded by unnecessary things,
this is the best season of your life.” – Wu Men Hui-k’ai
Throughout the year, find in each season a silent retreat to slow down and listen to the life that dwells within you. Integrated into the activities of the Integral Being meditation practice community, these retreats are privileged moments to deepen the practice of mindfulness and create a space for listening, cultivating clarity, presence, and reconnection with oneself.
Each retreat includes seated meditation practices, walking, yoga/qigong-based movement practices, poems, reflection themes, journaling moments, and collective co-creation dynamics.
These retreats offer the opportunity to slow down, immerse yourself in silence, and reconnect with the essential, in tune with the rhythm of each season.
