Search Inside Yourself

The Search Inside Yourself program is a Leadership and Emotional Intelligence program based on mindfulness practices, originally developed and implemented at Google with the support of renowned experts in emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and mindfulness.

The SIY program helps develop emotional competencies through mindfulness practices, enhancing overall well-being and satisfaction, while enabling peak performance, better collaboration, and more effective leadership.

More than 50,000 people across 50 countries have participated in the SIY program, and results have shown a positive impact on focus, resilience, empathy, and stress management, among others.

Search Inside Yourself uses attention-training practices to help develop the emotional intelligence skills needed for better and more sustainable performance, strong team collaboration, and more effective leadership. The program modules include:

• Mindfulness

• Self-awareness

• Self-management

• Motivation

• Empathy

• Leadership

• 2 days of highly interactive in-person training

• A 28-day challenge following the 2-day program, with daily resources and exercises to help participants build new habits after the training

• A final webinar between teachers and participants to review and define a plan for continuing the practices

• Increase your emotional intelligence skills: develop greater self-awareness, respond more effectively to challenging situations, and improve interpersonal skills to better connect with others at work and at home

• Gain new insights about yourself: explore your values, motivations, and personal goals, and improve your ability to manage stress and make decisions

• Develop your leadership skills, helping you become a more compassionate and effective leader
